PEEK Continuous Extrusion Tubing

PEEK tubes produced using a continuous extrusion process solve the technical challenges of severe product height limitations in the molding process and the tendency of injection molding to produce internal shrinkage voids. They also reduce material waste and machining costs, and can be processed into ring-shaped components such as sealing rings, piston rings, wear-resistant sleeves, and valve seats. They are widely used in industries including petrochemicals, electronics, and semiconductors. Jiangsu Junhua Special Plastics has extruded the largest PEEK thick-wall tube currently available in China, with an outer diameter of 590 millimeters.
