Wire Mesh Jacketed Expanded Graphite Packing

Each graphite strip or yarn is jacketed with a wire mesh made of the required material and impregnated with a high-temperature-resistant lubricant, giving the product excellent resistance to erosion and extrusion. It is suitable for sealing valves and reaction vessels under higher pressure and temperature conditions.

Carbonized Fiber Packing & Ring


Braided from acrylic fiber after pre-oxidation, this packing is usually treated with PTFE emulsion or ultrafine graphite powder and high-temperature lubricating oil. It is suitable for rotary and reciprocating pumps operating at relatively high linear speeds, as well as packing seals for valves, vessels, and other equipment. It is an economical packing widely used in various applications.

Expanded PTFE Braided Packing & Ring


Made from high-strength expanded PTFE. It has tensile strength unmatched by other PTFE fibers, such as PTFE tape and slit PTFE yarn, and is more durable, has a longer service life, and offers higher temperature resistance than other PTFE fibers.

A silicone core may be added to improve compression and resilience, or a high-temperature-resistant lubricant may be added to reduce friction. This product offers excellent chemical stability, corrosion resistance, aging resistance, and non-contamination. It is widely used for packing seals in the chemical, food, pharmaceutical, and petrochemical industries.

PTFE Filament Braided Packing & Ring


Braided from slit PTFE film fibers and impregnated with PTFE emulsion or ultrafine graphite powder and a high-temperature lubricant, it is resistant to almost all chemical media and has strong resistance to mechanical damage. Its low coefficient of friction allows shafts to rotate smoothly with minimal wear, enabling long-term use.

Graphited Expanded PTFE Packing & Ring


Braided from expanded PTFE yarn containing graphite particles, it offers corrosion resistance, high strength, high creep resistance, lubrication, and good thermal conductivity. It is recommended for pump shaft sealing in almost all chemical media except strongly oxidizing acids, aqua regia, fuming nitric acid, and fuming sulfuric acid.

Kevlar Fiber w/ PTFE & Ring


Braided from Kevlar staple fiber or filament fiber and impregnated with PTFE emulsion and a high-temperature lubricant. This packing has very high strength and can withstand higher media pressure. It is particularly suitable for packing seals in high-pressure media containing particles and in rotary or reciprocating mechanisms operating at high linear speeds.

PTFE Fiber and Kevlar Fiber Combined Packing & Ring


Made by reinforced or interwoven braiding of graphited PTFE fiber or expanded PTFE fiber with Kevlar fiber corner yarns. It improves the lubricity of the Kevlar fiber while enhancing the strength of the PTFE fiber, providing excellent sliding speed and pressure resistance. It can be used to seal plunger pumps with media pressures of up to 500 bar and centrifugal pumps operating at high pressure and high linear speed.

Kynol Fiber w/ PTFE Packing & Ring


Made from imported Japanese Kynol fiber and impregnated with PTFE emulsion. This fiber does not melt or burn in a 2500℃ flame and offers excellent thermal insulation,

wear resistance, and corrosion resistance. It is particularly suitable for packing seals in reciprocating or rotary equipment operating at high linear speeds and high pressure, or handling media containing suspended particles and corrosive substances.

Made by reinforced or interwoven braiding of graphited PTFE fiber or expanded PTFE fiber with Kynol fiber corner yarns. It improves the lubricity of the Kynol fiber

while enhancing the strength of the PTFE fiber, providing excellent sliding speed, thermal conductivity, and wear resistance. It can effectively seal high-temperature, high-pressure media containing abrasive substances for extended periods.

Made from high-strength ramie fiber, braided and then impregnated with PTFE or graphite emulsion. It offers good wear resistance and self-lubrication and is an easily installed packing that can be bent in any direction,

particularly suitable for the shipbuilding, papermaking, brewing, and beverage industries.
