Continuously Extruded PEEK Rods

PEEK rods produced using a continuous extrusion process offer more uniform and excellent overall properties. They are widely used as stock material for machining, particularly for small-batch production, large-size products, or products whose requirements cannot be met by molding processes. PEEK rods with diameters ranging from 5 to 250 mm can be produced by extrusion. The standard lengths are generally 1,000 or 2,000 mm, and non-standard cutting is also available according to customer requirements. We have nearly 100 extrusion dies for different diameter specifications and maintain a year-round inventory.
